Who You Are:
- Front-End Innovator: You’re an expert in modern front-end frameworks, design principles, and creating seamless, user-friendly interfaces.

What You’ll Do:
- Craft Engaging Interfaces: Design and build beautiful, intuitive front-end interfaces that enable healthcare providers to co-create duties with AI Agents, and interact with knowledge and tasks.
- Collaborate Closely: Work with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to translate ideas into functional and human-centric designs.
- Implement Scalable Solutions: Build reusable front-end components and frameworks that empower our AI agents to call, text, email, and even simulate computer usage in an interpretable and traceable way.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of the front-end systems, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Set Standards: Establish front-end coding best practices and contribute to the technical vision and architecture of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Front-End Expertise: 6+ years of experience as a front-end engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in production environments. You should have built websites for internal and external consumption, and know the difference. Be able to develop without a live backend, so proficiency in various levels of mocking: within unit tests, within your development flow and with multiple backends.Understand session and cookie management.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in modern front-end frameworks and languages (e.g., React, TypeScript, etc) and understanding of back-end integration. Bonus points for experience with web sockets and WebGL.
- Design Savvy: Strong grasp of UI/UX principles and ability to translate user needs into visually appealing and functional designs.
- LLM & Agentic Experience: Some experience & experimentation in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks.
- Build systems: Be aware of, and have used UI build systems and package managers.Bonus points for publishing re-usable components across github repo boundaries.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable with ambiguity and proactive in driving projects forward in a startup environment.Be able to work with concepts and wireframes without waiting for pixel perfect designs.
