What You’ll Do:
- Laying the Foundation: Join us to set and build a full-stack infrastructure, delivering scalability and reliability to these newborn Agents, setting infra, observability, dev ops standards. These agents call, text, chat, email, use computers, and hold context.
- Co-Create: Work closely with product managers, designers, and AI specialists to translate ideas into functional and human-centric agentized systems that accomplish things in the physical world.
- Platform Rigor: Build robust, reusable, maintainable and scalable features that empower our AI agents to operate with precision and reliability.
- Improve Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance, addressing bottlenecks and ensuring a high-reliability platform.
- Set Standards: Establish coding best practices and contribute to the technical vision and architecture of the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven Full Stack Expertise: 6+ years of experience working as a full-stack engineer, with a strong portfolio of delivering production-quality systems. You should have built multiple websites or apps in teams of 3 to 5 devs, for internal and external users,while adding complex features like usage tracking, subscriptions etc. Bonus points for building a self service platform with adequate levels of authentication and authorization.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., React with next.js, Python with django or flask, or equivalent). We use next.js and react currently, but open to expertise in other common frameworks.
- Database Knowledge: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including performance optimization and query design. Knowledge of database schemas that come with opinionated frameworks like next.js, and ability to extend these schemas.
- LLM API & Agentic Experience: Some experience & experimentation in working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic frameworks. Be able to talk through using a model used via API, and how it differs from building one internally.
- Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable with ambiguity and be proactive in driving projects forward in a startup environment.
- Health tech: Bonus points for some health tech experience and familiarity with common healthcare delivery concepts, like EMRs, providers, clinical practice etc.Understand PHI protection and HIPAA compliance.
