We are looking for a Growth Executive to drive merchant acquisition, build partnerships, and expand HitPay’s footprint in Indonesia. This role is crucial in growing our business by acquiring merchants, developing strategic relationships, and supporting local growth initiatives.
✅ Merchant Acquisition & Business Development
Identify, engage, and acquire SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise merchants to use HitPay’s payment solutions.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase merchant adoption and transaction volumes.
Educate potential customers on the value of HitPay’s unified payment solutions.
Manage the merchant onboarding journey , ensuring a smooth activation process.
✅ Strategic Partnerships & Local Market Expansion
Identify and establish partnerships with local payment providers, banks, e-commerce platforms, and SaaS companies to drive growth.
Work with online platforms and digital service providers to integrate HitPay as a preferred payment solution.
Collaborate with partners on joint marketing and promotional initiatives to drive demand.
✅ Market Growth & Execution
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive dynamics, and regulatory trends in Indonesia.
Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to align strategies for local market expansion.
Represent HitPay at industry events, fintech meetups, and networking opportunities to build awareness and business relationships.
🔹 2-5 years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships, or sales , preferably in payments, fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS.
🔹 Strong understanding of Indonesia’s payment landscape , including local payment methods like QRIS, GoPay, OVO, Dana, and bank transfers.
🔹 Proven experience in merchant acquisition and partnership development to drive growth.
🔹 Ability to sell and communicate HitPay’s value proposition effectively to merchants and partners.
🔹 Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
🔹 Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset , able to work independently in a remote environment.
🔹 Experience working with banks, PSPs, or digital commerce platforms is a plus.
🔹 Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment is highly desirable.
