Head of Manufacturing

Holy Grail developed a direct air carbon capture technology that removes CO2 from the atmosphere and permanently stores it above the ground. We are looking for proactive candidates ready to take ownership and passionate about creating a scalable solution to removing excess CO2 from the atmosphere.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented with a creative approach to science and engineering

• A high degree of autonomy and independence

• Intrinsic motivation with a fundamental love of science 

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly

• Experience in high-throughput manufacturing

• Plant automation experience

• Ability to communicate complex concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead design and commissioning of manufacturing plants for carbon capture scrubbers

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians

• Implement Design for Manufacturing principles

• Develop in-house manufacturing systems

• Maintain relationships with manufacturing vendors

• Collaborate with mechanical engineers, chemical engineers, and design engineers to develop manufacturing processes

Nice to have

• Robotics, automation, chemical or mechanical engineering degree

• Experience with consumer product manufacturing

• Experience with lean manufacturing
