HostAI is the AI support platform for housing and hospitality. Our AI agents automate business workflows for support teams so they can instead focus on the most human elements of their service. Our agents automate messaging, handle phone calls, and manage the lifecycle of tasks, all from one platform that seamlessly integrates with core housing and hospitality systems.
Beyond answering questions, our agents interact with programmatic tools and even other humans to satisfy customers’ needs. In property management and hospitality, businesses must coordinate tasks like cleanings, repairs, and viewings with multiple stakeholders. We’ve observed LLM-powered agents to be especially adept at automating these complex actions given enough guidance.
We envision a world where agents progressively automate more and more business workflows, allowing businesses to focus on their most human work.
About the role:
Our engineering team ships quickly across the entire stack and is looking for an experienced engineer to join forces on the backend. Our philosophy supports keeping our team lean and agile, so you will be given ownership of large portions of the codebase and infrastructure.
From architecting infrastructure to making complex technical decisions, we believe in giving you autonomy to do your best work.
What you will do:
Fundamentally, you will be responsible for building new features, maintaining them, and ensuring our infrastructure scales as we grow. While project requirements vary, these core responsibilities will carry through most of your work.
You will be working closely with our engineering team and Punn (CTO) who each own different parts of the architecture, backend, devops.
