Jamble is redefining live shopping by building a dynamic marketplace where fashion inventory sourcing, pricing, and fast-paced sales strategies drive growth. As we scale our Managed Marketplace, we’re looking for an Inventory Buyer & Business Development lead to help us secure high-demand fashion inventory, build supplier relationships, and optimize sourcing strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Source & Negotiate: Identify and build relationships with fashion suppliers, wholesalers, and liquidators to secure inventory at optimal pricing and terms.
- Develop Sourcing Strategies: Research and test different sourcing channels (liquidation, off-price, wholesale, resale networks) to ensure a consistent and profitable supply of apparel and accessories.
- Optimize Inventory Mix: Balance high-margin premium brands with fast-moving, accessible fashion to maximize profitability and sell-through rates.
- Monitor Trends & Performance: Analyze fashion market trends, pricing strategies, and auction performance to refine buying decisions.
- Drive Supplier Partnerships: Establish long-term relationships with key inventory sources, from Lululemon to Nike, athleisure brands, and beyond.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership of sourcing strategies, and adapt quickly.
- A commercial mindset: you’re always thinking about margins, pricing dynamics, and sales velocity.
- Experience in inventory buying, business development, or sourcing (fashion, off-price retail, liquidation, or resale) is a plus.
