About the role
Hey Salespeople!
While we’ve primarily grown through a product-led growth (PLG) motion, it’s time to expand our reach. I’ve been personally handling most of the sales, but now we’re ready to build a team to take things to the next level.
The Work
• Work directly with me, the founder, to strategize and improve our sales approach.
• Experiment with different market segments.
• Identify and source leads.
• Reach out via email and phone to schedule meetings with the AE.
Commission
As a former SDR, I deeply value high-commission models. I understand the dedication it takes to sell, and I believe in an uncapped structure that truly rewards your efforts. That’s why we’re offering a commission-only model with 20% of closed-deal revenue from new customers (renewals not included) for ambitious, results-driven sales professionals.
