As one of the founding engineers on the team, your responsibility would be to help us build and scale our backend and recommendation systems from the ground up. You must be willing to bet on yourself and build expertise quickly.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of industry experience in backend systems, cloud architectures, and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of database design, data processing, and analytics.
- Thrive in a hands-on, chaotic environment
- Someone excited to be part of the 0 to 1 journey
- (Good to have) Experience with A/B experimentation, contextual bandits, and Bayesian optimization methods.
