Head of Human Resources

**Role Summary:**
As the Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our company’s growth objectives. You will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and compliance. Your leadership will be critical in fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives, ensuring alignment with K-Scale Labs’ mission and values.
• Build and scale talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier talent in robotics, AI, and engineering.
• Design and oversee employee performance management programs, ensuring clear career development pathways and continuous feedback.
• Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes innovation, inclusion, and employee well-being.
• Lead and enhance employee engagement initiatives to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
• Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
• Implement HR systems and analytics to optimize workforce planning and decision-making.
• Partner with leadership to advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
• Oversee conflict resolution, employee relations, and performance improvement plans.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance.
• Proven track record in scaling HR operations, particularly in fast-growing tech companies.
• Experience in building talent acquisition pipelines for technical and specialized roles.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience leveraging HR metrics and data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to operate at both a strategic and operational level, balancing long-term vision with hands-on execution.
