- Build and scale talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top-tier talent in robotics, AI, and engineering.
- Design and oversee employee performance management programs, ensuring clear career development pathways and continuous feedback.
- Cultivate a strong company culture that promotes innovation, inclusion, and employee well-being.
- Lead and enhance employee engagement initiatives to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
- Implement HR systems and analytics to optimize workforce planning and decision-making.
- Partner with leadership to advise on organizational structure, workforce planning, and change management.
