The Strategy & Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of key strategic initiatives and driving operational efficiency in the Client Strategy team. This position involves analyzing data to identify performance trends, optimizing processes to improve client results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions. With a strong focus on data-driven analysis, process improvement, and project management, this role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about rolling up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and checking back in to see the impact of your recommendations.

Ultimately, you'll ensure that the Client Strategy team achieves its objectives and key results. Your day-to-day activities will oversee how we report across the business, implement processes, and drive accountability and results. You will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills caused by proactively identifying issues and solving them.

What you'll do

• Manage the success of our mid market and enterprise customers, including product adoption, ROI, and hiring results
• Support Client Strategy team on client data analysis and investigations
• Create and closely monitor metrics to ensure we meet and exceed client expectations
• Ensure ROI and value is understood by clients, proactively looking for risks and opportunities.
• Thoroughly understand clients’ hiring processes to then design and implement a seamless approach to integrate our products and services
• Gather and present market insights on the hospitality and retail labor market to optimize clients’ hiring efforts
• Build playbooks and best practices to help us scale
• Work cross-functionally and communicate with leadership and other departments. Feedback from our customers is so important, you’ll be the liaison between the CS team and our product team to help refine our product strategy based on this feedback

Must Have

• At least 1 year of experience
• Prior experience with Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Data
• You are an expert with Excel and Powerpoint
• Passionate about their work, take ownership, and deliver results
• Have a BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• US work authorization required, we do not support visa transfers

Nice to Have

• You have experience with SQL
• Past entrepreneurial or startup experiences
• You get a kick out of digging deep into ideas, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results
