We're looking to hire a Technical Implementation Lead to supercharge LANDED's next phase of growth and drive system integrations and enterprise-level implementations.

About the role


As the Technical Implementation Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of system integrations and enterprise implementations for our clients. You will build a team of onboarding specialists and integration managers, working closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture, integration strategies, and client-facing communication, with the ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise-Level Implementations:

  1. Manage and lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, ensuring system integrations are seamless, scalable, and align with client requirements.
  2. Work with clients to understand their business needs and provide technical guidance on SaaS solution configurations and integrations.
  3. Define and document integration requirements, working with both internal teams and external clients to design custom solutions as needed.

System Integrations & Technical Architecture:

  1. Lead the integration of our SaaS platform with client systems, including Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS, calendar, job board,, and other enterprise applications.
  2. Design, develop, and implement integration strategies that ensure data flow and system interoperability between platforms.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations.

Project Management & Delivery:

  1. Develop and manage detailed implementation project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  2. Coordinate with cross team stakeholders to track progress and address potential roadblocks.
  3. Provide regular updates to clients and internal leadership regarding project status, risks, and achievements.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Serve as the technical liaison between clients and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements and solutions.
  2. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to drive product improvements based on client feedback and implementation challenges.
  3. Assist Sales and Customer Success teams with pre-sales activities and post-sales support, providing technical expertise and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Process Improvement & Documentation:

  1. Continuously evaluate and refine implementation processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  2. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration procedures, best practices, and troubleshooting guides.

Team Leadership & Management:

  1. Lead and mentor a team of onboarding specialists and integration managers, ensuring the timely delivery of system integrations and enterprise implementations.
  2. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment that encourages innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  3. Oversee the day-to-day management of the team’s tasks, projects, and priorities to ensure successful client implementations.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in technical implementation, systems integration, or solutions engineering, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role, with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, cloud technologies, and enterprise software integrations (e.g., ATS, HRIS, databases).
  • Proficiency in integration technologies such as RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and middleware solutions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve technical challenges.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with enterprise IT environments, security protocols, and compliance standards is a plus.
