About the role

This is a full-time role as an Account Executive, located onsite in our HQ in Berlin, Germany.

You will work directly with the founding team to design and build out a scalable top-down sales motion. You will be responsible for owning, managing, and closing a pipeline of prospects from scale-ups and SMBs to enterprise customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You close deals

  • You own the entire deal life cycle from qualification, to validation, to closing
  • Customer success: You constantly research our customers and derive what needs to be done to make them more successful
  • You create business cases, impact plans, and onboard new customers with customer success

You develop revenue strategies and tactics:

  • You design new go-to-market strategies with SDRs, marketing, and customer success
  • You help us to cross the chasm: You test new markets, customer segments, and revenue sources for our future growth
  • Thought leader: You build relationships in the industry and claim thought leadership

You grow yourself and your peers

  • You grow your career into one of the following tracks: expert/ thought leader, team leader, or general management
  • You constantly iterate our growth engines on all levels: people, process, content, tools

ABOUT YOU

  • Are proficient with or willing to learn GenAI, and share excitement about it’s possibilities
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage prospects effectively.
  • You deeply understand our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and know what problems and solutions resonate with them
  • You are excited to “step up” and drive efficiencies across our sales process beyond just your own pipeline
  • You are fluent in both English and German

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Past experience working in a fast-paced VC-backed environment
  • Previous software sales experience in a similar company with a consistent track record of leading quota attainment on your team

This is a unique role with the option to grow into a Sales leadership role quickly as the team grows over the next 1-2 years.
