Founders Associate (Content & Community)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build relationships with Langdock’s adopters and showcase their use cases and insights for their communities to learn from
• Conceptualize and organize in-person as well as virtual events: Langdock product launches, AI roundtables, community dinners
• Manage a content calendar and coordinate content creation across different channels for different audiences
• Define and monitor KPIs for community growth, engagement, and satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience in a marketing role, ideally at a high-growth technology company
• Proven track record of successfully organizing and overseeing large-scale events
• A natural connector, bringing warmth and energy that fosters trust and community
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong technical aptitude—able to grasp AI concepts and engage meaningfully with technical audiences
