Sales Development Representative

This is a full-time role as a Sales Development Representative, located onsite in our HQ in Berlin, Germany.

You will play a pivotal role in developing our sales pipeline, working closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You are our evangelist

• You will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, utilizing your active, confident, and friendly communication style to establish relationships with decision-makers
• You act as a consultant to potential customers and help them to understand how Langdock can support them in their work

You generate leads:

• You will proactively research and identify new customers, developing personalized sales strategies for outbound lead generation to drive our expansion
• You utilize Hubspot to ensure activities are documented properly, opportunities are accurately predicted and information regarding the opportunity is communicated appropriately
• You test new markets, customer segments, and revenue sources for our future growth

You grow yourself and your peers

• Be an integral part of a motivated and ambitious team, sharing best practices and providing support to your Sales Development and Account Executive teammates

ABOUT YOU

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial with a proactive attitude
• Passionate about developing a career in technology sales
• At least 6 months successful sales experience (ideally in a SaaS environment in Inside Sales, SDR, BDR etc.)
• Fluency in English and German are mandatory for this role

This is a unique role with the option to grow into a Sales leadership role quickly as the team grows over the next 1-2 years.
