Job Overview

We are looking for a versatile Marketing and Growth Lead to join our growing team. You will shape and execute marketing strategies from the ground up, working closely with Product and Sales to drive impact and fuel our rapid growth. This role is ideal for a generalist who thrives in a startup environment, adept at balancing hands-on execution with strategic thinking across multiple marketing channels. You’ll create and implement campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences—including healthcare executives, individual providers, and patients—while continuously optimizing and adapting based on performance. With creativity, data-driven insights, and adaptability, you will help build our brand’s presence and position it for sustainable growth in the health tech space.

As part of the LunaJoy team, you will play an essential role in directly contributing to support the mental health journey of one million women with purpose-driven innovation, unwavering compassion, and transformative care. You will need speed to adapt quickly and efficiently, and the drive to be 1% better every day, constantly striving for improvement. Additionally, you will demonstrate compassion and contribute to a positive work environment by giving and getting joy in your daily interactions. These values will enable you to effectively contribute to important areas of focus and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and track integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social media, email, etc.), adapting messaging for B2B and B2C healthcare audiences.
  • Create and execute product marketing materials tailored to different audiences (e.g., hospitals, payors, healthcare executives, individual providers, patients) to drive engagement and adoption.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support sales goals, provide sales enablement resources, and align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion objectives.
  • Oversee social media strategy and content creation, fostering community engagement and a strong online presence.
  • Use marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, measure effectiveness, and continuously optimize for improved results.
  • Stay current with digital marketing and mental health industry trends to keep our strategies relevant and innovative.
  • Conduct market research to develop targeted messaging and positioning that resonates with diverse audiences in healthcare.
  • Lead and manage marketing contractors (growth marketing, SEO, designers) to ensure cohesive campaign execution and identify additional resource needs.
  • Work closely with leadership and sales to align marketing initiatives with broader company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a focus on digital, social media, and content marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience executing B2B and B2C marketing strategies with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and CRM systems.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and email marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to craft messaging that resonates with target segments.
  • Experience managing and coordinating with contractors or external agencies.
  • Passion for mental health and healthcare, with a commitment to making a positive impact.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing.
