What You’ll Do
• Build and Own: Work across the stack, from our Python back-end APIs to our Next.js/React front end, ensuring seamless end-to-end user experiences.
• Scale AI-Native Features: Develop infrastructure that powers our AI-driven modules (Workflows, Atlas, Compass, Assistant), optimizing for performance, reliability, and user delight.
• Architect Solutions: Shape key technical decisions, guiding best practices for AI integration, data pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.
• Iterate Quickly: Embrace a fast-paced environment, shipping MVPs, gathering feedback, and refining solutions to meet the needs of world-leading life science organizations.
What You’ll Bring
• Passion for building software products
• Full Stack Proficiency: Strong Python skills (Flask, SQLAlchemy, etc.) and front-end expertise (Next.js, React, TypeScript).
• AI Integration Experience: Familiarity with building or integrating ML/AI features, managing large datasets, and optimizing performance in real-world applications.
• Collaboration & Communication: Eagerness to work in-person at our Boston office 4 days a week, bringing energy, positivity, and focus to a high-intensity environment.
