About the Role

As we look to grow our beta and scale our product, we're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our small but mighty team based in San Francisco.

The Work Ahead

Joining Milo as a Senior Backend Engineer means you'll:

• Fortify and scale our backend to reliably support our growing user base of families.
• Craft and optimize backend services and APIs, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience for our users.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving to introduce and refine features that address real family needs.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to the strategic direction of our product as we grow.

About You

You might just be the person we're looking for if you:

• Have at least 4+ years of backend development experience, preferably in a startup setting.
• Are proficient in Python and have experience with AWS, Supabase, and Twilio.
• Thrive in small, dynamic teams and are excited about building something from the ground up.
• Possess a keen eye for detail, can work independently, and are driven by a passion for learning and improvement.
• Have a genuine interest in making family life easier and more enjoyable through technology.
