The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to help drive inbound opportunities within the Enterprise, Mid-market and SMB segments.

In this role, you will play a key part in building a scalable inbound sales process by qualifying leads, running trials, negotiating and closing deals. You’ll be responsible for closing both inbound and outbound deals (main focus is on inbound to start), guiding them through the sales funnel, and ensuring we continue to exceed revenue goals.

This role is perfect for someone with a passion for sales, thrives in a chaotic environment and has a burning desire to be part of a small, high-growth team.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

Lead the sales process end-to-end from qualifying customers to closing and account expansion.

  • Close Deals: Develop and execute inbound sales strategies across Enterprise, Mid-market and SMB segments

  • Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify potential customers based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Understand their challenges and how our platform can address them.

  • Hit Revenue Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management through CRM tools.

Our Sales Environment

  • Inbound-Focused: A strong emphasis on fulfilling inbound demand and warm lead follow-up, driving new business opportunities across all segments.

  • High-Velocity: SMB deal cycles typically close within 1-2 weeks, so we’re looking for someone who is detail oriented and can move fast and thrive in a high-energy environment.

  • Sales-Led: Mid-market and Enterprise deals often require more touchpoints, a consultative approach and effective communication across channels and stakeholders.

What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)

  • Professional Work Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience, with SaaS sales a plus, but not required

  • Highly Organized: Strong ability to stay on task across 40+ opportunities, multiple channels (email, Slack, Teams), manage multiple priorities at once, and and ongoing changes within the organization

  • Customer-Centric: A strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to tailor your approach and messaging accordingly.

  • Goal-Oriented: History of meeting or exceeding (sales) targets, with experience managing a high-volume workload.

  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative team environment.

  • SaaS Tool Proficiency: Experience using SaaS tools to manage your day to day and to increase efficiency

Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a startup environment.

  • Knowledge of or experience with developer-facing products.

  • Ability to collaborate with marketing to generate content for outbound campaigns.
