As we enter an exciting growth phase in the US market, we're looking for a dynamic Head of Growth to shape our expansion strategy and accelerate our impact.

Role Description

This is a full-time role as the Head of Growth at Mito Health. The role will involve leading growth marketing initiatives, customer acquisition strategies, growth hacking tactics, sales efforts, and business development activities.

You’ll be the pioneer, shaping the future of preventive health diagnostics in the US market. Your strategies, execution, and leadership will directly influence our growth, brand positioning, and ultimately, our impact on people’s health.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and lead execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies to launch, scale, and dominate the US health diagnostics market.
  • Drive growth initiatives, partnerships, and influencer strategies, amplifying our market presence through strategic collaborations and targeted campaigns.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare providers, wellness influencers, and corporate partners.
  • Leverage performance data to optimize conversion strategies, continually improving customer acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with our founders and marketing teams, aligning product, growth, and sales strategies with overarching business goals.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Rapid acceleration of our customer base in the US market, achieving clear targets for acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Establishment of strategic partnerships and influencer relationships that meaningfully expand our brand reach and credibility.
  • Continuous improvement of our market entry and growth playbook, informed by rigorous testing and data-driven insights.

Who We're Looking For:

  • You have 5+ years of experience in Go-to-Market strategy, growth marketing, or business development—ideally at a high-growth healthtech, wellness, or consumer startup.
  • You have direct experience across various acquisition channels and have managed sizeable conversion based marketing budgets and have strong ROAS metrics
  • You’re a natural connector, comfortable building and leveraging relationships with influencers, business partners, and strategic collaborators.
  • You're analytically sharp, using data to optimize your strategies and measure your impact.
  • You're entrepreneurial and proactive, comfortable taking initiative and thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Passionate about longevity, preventive health, and leveraging technology to positively impact people's lives.

  • Existing connections in health, wellness, or longevity-focused communities.
  • Proven track record successfully launching products/services into new markets.
