About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on AI Prompt Engineer & Customer Success Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to enhance mobile testing automation.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and improve AI-driven testing solutions.
- Experiment with prompt variations to fine-tune AI performance.
- Analyze and iterate on prompt strategies based on AI responses and client feedback.
- Collaborate with developers to improve AI capabilities and automation workflows.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and refining AI interactions.

- Apply problem-solving methodologies like the 5 Whys Method to uncover root causes of customer challenges, ensuring lasting solutions and enhanced user satisfaction.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about AI and automation—you enjoy hands-on experimentation with AI tools.
- Has experience or strong interest in prompt engineering, natural language processing, or AI automation.
- Enjoys solving complex problems and iterating on solutions.
- Has excellent communication skills and can explain AI-driven solutions to customers.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment where creativity and initiative are valued.
- Loves solving the right problems, making customers happier, and preventing recurring issues by proactively identifying underlying causes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using ChatGPT, Claude, Bard, or similar AI tools.
- Background in linguistics, cognitive science, AI, or automation is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and refine AI responses.
- Prior experience in customer success, technical support, or AI operations is a bonus.
- Familiarity with the 5 Whys Method or other structured problem-solving techniques to improve customer experience.
