About the Role
As a Growth Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in B2B SaaS growth strategies, working directly with the Product & Growth team. You'll help manage the customer lifecycle, support sales initiatives, gather product feedback, and contribute to marketing and customer engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support lead generation and outreach efforts to potential clients.
- Assist in creating impactful use cases, templates, and demos tailored for clients.
- Participate in customer feedback sessions and help prioritize insights for the engineering team.
- Help maintain and enhance customer engagement through tutorials, 1:1 support, and product updates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
- Assist in organizing workshops, industry events, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in AI, SaaS, finance, or B2B sales.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to shifting priorities.
- Experience with CRM tools, data analysis, or digital marketing is a plus.
