Job Responsibilities
Requirement Analysis - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration in generative chatbot solutions.
Data Exploration and Analysis - Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, patterns, and trends to drive the development and enhancement of generative AI chatbots.
Feasibility Assessment - Assess the feasibility of implementing AI models and algorithms to improve chatbot performance, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Model Selection and Design - Partner with data scientists to select suitable AI models, develop prototypes, and design innovative generative chatbot capabilities.
Implementation and Deployment - Collaborate with development teams to implement and deploy AI models, ensuring seamless integration into the chatbot platform for optimal performance.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization - Monitor and evaluate chatbot performance, making data-driven improvements to enhance AI capabilities and user experience.
Collaboration and Communication - Facilitate collaboration across analytics, data science, and development teams for cohesive AI solution integration.
Present findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education and Training - Provide training and support to team members on AI technologies, data analysis methods, and generative chatbot best practices.
