We are based in San Francisco, CA. We are open to hiring remotely for this role for the right candidate. In addition to competitive salary, commission, and equity, we offer health, dental, and vision benefits.
Please note: salary range listed below is OTE (base + commission). Base range for this role is $85-$95K. Commission is uncapped.
Newton is transforming the $300B+ retail healthcare industry (dentists, optometrists, medspas) by reimagining patient and third-party communication through AI. With Newton, customers access an AI-powered phone system featuring a fully conversational agent (phone, text) that books directly into practice management systems.
In an industry reliant on on-prem servers, spreadsheets, and pen-and-paper processes (often bridged by human effort), Newton automates complex administrative tasks over phone and text.
Beyond delivering best-in-class, domain-specific voice AI, Newton also provides the telecommunications infrastructure (e.g., physical phones) practices need to manage all communications seamlessly.
Customers are replacing staffing services, call centers, and legacy communication software with Newton and, in return, are seeing more new patients, fuller schedules, and increased revenue.
