  • Salaries at the top of benchmarks, with significant equity ownership and generous benefits
  • Founders are recent Harvard grads with quant experience at Jane Street and BoA and years of experience as sharp sports bettors
  • $300B annually bet on sports in the US and the size of the market is rapidly growing, particularly given the opportunity for operators to capitalize on the sweepstakes business model
  • Currently the only way to bet is with retail sportsbooks which have egregious margins, discriminatory and inefficient practices, and a stale betting experience
  • Novig is a sports prediction market that guarantees users the best lines by allowing them to play directly against friends or the market, rather than against the house, making the user experience more efficientfair , and, most importantly,  profitable

What will you do?

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, with a primary focus on acquisition efforts across Meta and other key platforms.
  • Implement net new marketing tactics to drive scalable growth while maintaining CAC and LTV.
  • Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to customize creative experience and customer journeys.
  • Design A/B tests and matched market initiatives to scale marketing spend through data-driven tactics.
  • Oversee tracking and reporting for marketing channels to inform creative roadmap and budget allocation across platforms.
  • Lead the launch of new sports markets such as UFC, Tennis, Golf, and Soccer, while identifying and partnering with influencers in these verticals.
  • Plan brand activations in key markets around tentpole moments like March Madness and FIFA World Cup.
  • Collaborate with finance, product, and creative teams to design a promotional calendar for new and existing users.

What are we looking for?

We have a strong culture of irreverence and disruption, and we want to develop a bold, aggressive, and innovative brand. We’re looking for someone who is willing to think out of the box and develop a marketing strategy in line with our brand. There is no campaign or marketing idea that we’re not willing to consider.

We would like someone who is able to contribute to our creative vision and high-level brand strategy, while also has a solid grasp of marketing platforms, SEO, campaign experimentation, and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or a related field
  • 3+ years of media buying experience and creative production at agency or brand.
  • Experience with in-person brand activation events.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and time management with on-time delivery is critical to success
