This role is perfect if you aspire to become an entrepreneur yourself – we’ll be your launchpad. You’ll work directly with the founders, take full ownership of business areas, and help build a category-defining company from the ground up.

Role

As an early team member, you will help shape the foundation of Omnidock. Your responsibilities will evolve as we scale, but they will include:

• Building & Scaling: Establish and grow key business functions, such as sales, partnerships, hiring, or product.
• Driving Impact: Take on high-priority strategic projects that move the needle for our growth and operations.
• Owning & Executing: Find your niche, take ownership, and build out business areas. Hire and train a team or lead the function yourself.
• Technical? You’ll write code and ship features used by leading brands.
• Expanding Omnidock: Drive international expansion, launch new product lines, and secure partnerships that accelerate our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills – you can manage projects from 0 to 1.
• Previous experience in high-growth startups, consulting, venture capital, sales, or product roles is a strong plus.
