The Role

Doing Business Operations at Origami Agents, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-impact data solutions for our customers while shaping our product's future direction. This is a highly strategic role that involves managing multiple client deliverables simultaneously, maintaining meticulous organization systems, and building scalable processes for our rapidly growing business. If you're exceptionally detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and excited about building something from the ground up, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Multiple Client Deliverables: Execute and oversee numerous concurrent data enrichment projects for enterprise customers, maintaining careful organization and timely delivery while ensuring exceptional quality standards.
  • Shape Product Development: Collaborate directly with engineering teams to convey customer needs, contribute to product specifications, and influence our roadmap.
  • Process Optimization: Create and maintain organizational systems to track projects, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple clients and priorities.
  • Client Portfolio Management: Skillfully balance and prioritize multiple client needs simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Help build and scale our operations function, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role as we expand.

About You

You're a methodical problem solver with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to context-switch seamlessly between different projects and priorities. You thrive in environments requiring careful attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams. You have a growth mindset and are excited about the opportunity to shape a critical function within a high-growth startup.

Minimum Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or cold outbound roles
  • Outstanding organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with tracking systems and project management tools
  • Background in sales, business development, or go-to-market operations preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
  • Self-starter mentality with exceptional time management skills
  • Motivation and flexibility to work in a high-growth environment where things change quickly
