Pair Team is on a mission to connect underserved communities to high quality care as a tech-enabled medical group focused on high-risk Medicaid and Duals patients. Their novel whole-person care model - social, clinical, behavioral - is quarterbacked by a multidisciplinary care team across their network of shelters, food pantries, and other community partners leveraging Arc, their proprietary care management platform. Pair Team is one of the largest providers of a high-needs case management benefit in California and on track to build the country's largest clinically-integrated network of community-based organizations. They have demonstrated an ability to engage a hard to reach patient population and address gaps in care, including a 56% reduction in ED visits and a 26% reduction in hospital admissions.
As a Senior Associate, Growth you’ll be responsible for identifying and executing initiatives that drive Pair Team growth. You’ll partner directly with the business operations team and Pair Team leadership to provide market insights, competitive intelligence, identify strategic initiatives, and drive cross-functional projects across the organization.
This role reports to the Sr. Manager, Business Operations.
