ML Research Engineer / Scientist

At Paradome, we’re obsessed with thinking what government should look like post-AGI, and making that world reality. How will LLMs change our institutions, and how do we make sure it’s for the better? How do we maintain human agency while still leveraging super-human information processing abilities?

We’re building AI automations which can self-adapt to the unique requirements (siloed data sources, compliance requirements, varying tasks) of government agencies to efficiently build real solutions with real impact. We have a pilot in place with a major US agency and are rapidly scaling to other areas of government. We’re looking for people with ML engineering skills, research experience, and an interest in shaping the future. You’d be joining a small, highly motivated team of 3.

You may be a good fit if you:

• Have significant software, ML, or research engineering experience
• Have some experience contributing to empirical AI research projects
• Have reinforcement learning (RL) experience
• Care about how AI will change government
