Founding Agent Manager

What you’ll do

You'll be responsible for onboarding and ongoing success of AI agents for top software companies (like Perplexity, Framer, Replit, and HeyGen). This includes:

• Thoroughly understanding support teams' processes
• Collaborating with engineers to build, test, and optimize AI agents
• Shaping the engineering roadmap based on customer requests
• Performing quality assurance on AI agent interactions
• Building and owning customer expansion roadmaps
