Founding Engineer - Full Stack

As a founding full stack engineer, you’ll work on our core backend and take features to full roll out alongside our frontend engineer. That means you’ll have a key role in everything that our customers need and help shape the future of Parity. You’ll work directly with the founders and early team.

You’d be a great fit if you:

• Philosophy: You love to ship fast and make an impact. You have a high bar for quality and love moving from ideation to solution in the hands of the customer as quickly as possible. We want someone with high agency and a balance between technical obsession and pragmatism.
• Experience: You have 2 to 5 years of experience building real world applications
• Language: You’re exceptional at Python, Go, TypeScript or similar
• Tools: Build your own tools as needed and love to use tools like Cursor to maximize your velocity. You improve systems along the way to move faster and faster.
• Culture: You’re excited to join a fast-paced, in-person team in Downtown SF.

Bonus points if you:

• Have prior experience founding a company or building products at early stages
• Are ambitious and driven, and care a lot about doing great work with great people
• Keep up with the latest developments in AI/LLMs
