About the Position
We are seeking a talented and customer-oriented Customer Success Associate who will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful deployment of Pasito's solutions across our expanding client portfolio.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, configure their benefits on our systems, and guide them throughout their client engagement. You will work in partnership with consultants, carriers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure an exceptional and seamless onboarding experience. After implementation, the Customer Success Associate will be the primary contact for clients, responsible for ensuring our clients and partners leverage the system to meet their goals.

This is a leadership role where you will have outsized impact on our product, getting exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI) and having a say in how this technology is applied to better the lives of families and HR teams across the nation.

The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. Experience in employee benefits or insurance is required, and experience implementing benefits administration systems and counseling employees on core and voluntary benefits is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain meaningful partnerships with our clients and partners to understand their objectives and tailor our solutions to meet these goals.
• Configure and customize Pasito's platform according to client specifications.
• Conduct training sessions for clients, ensuring they use our system proficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation phase.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to feedback client insights and contribute to product development.
• Ensure new customers are set up for a long and successful relationship with Pasito that supports their goals and drives business value.
• Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Write processes and product requirements to ensure implementation is efficient and scalable
• Work closely with engineering team to deliver on integrations
• Respond to individual client and employee questions, as required
• Author videos, blog posts, FAQs, presentations, scripts, and more to educate each stakeholder about Pasito and employee benefits
• Be the face of Pasito for our growing customer base – present our company values and culture externally.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in benefits enrollment and administration, benefits within human resources or in client-facing implementation role.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the U.S. benefits landscape, US healthcare and/or US insurance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to identify customer pain points and propose effective solutions,
• Extremely comfortable working in Powerpoint and Excel and learning new software tools, including AI.
• Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and client-first attitude, focused on delivering the best experience for the customer.
