What You’ll Do

• Design and implement scalable, event-driven backend systems using Node.js and Python.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML integrations, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs, to deliver actionable insights from diverse data sources like session replays.

• Architect and optimize backend systems to ensure resilience, fault tolerance, and scalability as the product grows.

• Manage deployments on Azure and/or AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and optimization.

• Help us scale our current technology to millions of requests per day
  
  What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with deep expertise in Node.js and Python.

• Proven experience with AI/ML models, particularly in LLM development, deployment, and integration.

• Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-throughput distributed systems.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS for deployment and scaling.

• A track record of shipping fast, iterating frequently, and delivering impactful solutions.

• A passion for creating customer-focused products and solving real-world problems with AI.

• Bonus: Experience as a founder or founding engineer, with a history of taking ownership and driving innovation.
