What You’ll Do
Design and implement scalable, event-driven backend systems using Node.js and Python.
Develop and deploy AI/ML integrations, including fine-tuning and deploying LLMs, to deliver actionable insights from diverse data sources like session replays.
Architect and optimize backend systems to ensure resilience, fault tolerance, and scalability as the product grows.
Manage deployments on Azure and/or AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and optimization.
Help us scale our current technology to millions of requests per day
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in backend engineering, with deep expertise in Node.js and Python.
Proven experience with AI/ML models, particularly in LLM development, deployment, and integration.
Strong understanding of event-driven architectures and high-throughput distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like Azure and/or AWS for deployment and scaling.
A track record of shipping fast, iterating frequently, and delivering impactful solutions.
A passion for creating customer-focused products and solving real-world problems with AI.
Bonus: Experience as a founder or founding engineer, with a history of taking ownership and driving innovation.
