About the role

We are looking for a Founding Software Engineer to help develop our real-time navigation, perception, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize real-time computer vision and sensor fusion systems
Implement path planning and motion control algorithms for autonomous road maintenance.
Work with Python and C++ to build and refine our robotic software stack.
Optimize ML models for crack segmentation and detection.
Develop low-latency networking for remote robot monitoring and fleet management.
Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate software with embedded systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Math, Robotics
Experience with ROS, Python, C++
Experience with applied machine learning in a robotics context
Knowledge and experience working with Jetson, Arduino
Experience working cross-functionally across hardware and software environments
Ability to rapidly prototype solutions, perform field testing, and iterate on software design
