Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding Engineer at PearAI. The Founding Engineer will be responsible for development.

Qualifications:

• Cracked and passionate.
• Obsessed with coding and making. Project making is the biggest plus.
• 2+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (or Software Engineering Intern)
• 4+ years of experience coding.
• AI Tool Development, Optimization, and Integration skills
• Proficiency in programming languages: TypeScript, Javascript, Python, Java, or C++
• Knowledge of AI technologies and algorithms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience in open source development is a plus
