The Role: Brand Growth Manager
As a Brand Growth Manager at Peeba, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of brands on our platform. This role is about more than managing accounts—it’s about partnering with brands to unlock their potential, grow their sales, and ensure they thrive on Peeba.
What You’ll Do:
1. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, understanding their unique goals and challenges to create growth-focused strategies.
2. Promote Campaign Participation: Encourage brands to join impactful campaigns, such as free shipping and seasonal promotions, demonstrating how these initiatives drive visibility and sales.
3. Optimize Brand Performance: Collaborate with brands to improve their product listings, pricing strategies, and marketing activities to maximize their success on the platform.
4. Drive Growth Solutions: Introduce and sell Peeba’s premium tools and services, including promotional placements and advertising solutions, to help brands scale effectively.
5. Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for brands, providing actionable insights to ensure sustained growth and engagement on Peeba.
Who You Are:
• Experience: 1-3 years in account management, partnerships, sales, or growth roles, preferably in e-commerce, B2B, or startups.
• Relationship Builder: You have a natural ability to build trust and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinker: Skilled at identifying growth opportunities and aligning them with brand goals.
• Problem Solver: Resourceful and proactive, you excel at addressing challenges with practical solutions.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
