Chief of Staff

We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Chief of Staff to help scale Pincites and drive key initiatives across operations, product, and strategy. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing AI startup transforming contract negotiation.

About Pincites

Pincites is an AI contract negotiation assistant for busy legal and procurement teams. Pincites accelerates contract redlining within Microsoft Word, offering AI-generated suggestions and comments tailored to client preferences.

With support from top investors like Nat Friedman, General Catalyst, Liquid 2 Ventures, and Y Combinator, we’ve generated significant annual recurring revenue and serve legal teams globally. We're on a high-growth trajectory, aiming to build a billion-dollar company.

We are venture-funded, in the seed stage, and assembling a world-class team. As an founding member of our team, you’ll join us on this exciting ride with a meaningful stake in the action.

This is a wide-open, competitive market with big gains to the winner—we want you to help us remain in front. It’s hard to imagine a world where AI doesn’t completely change how companies approach contracts, and many legal teams now have mandates to incorporate AI (a quick scroll through a few legal job postings will prove my point).

What You’ll Do

• Drive Execution – Own high-priority projects across operations, product, strategy, and fundraising
• Optimize Internal Processes – Identify bottlenecks and improve execution efficiency across teams
• Support Strategic Decision-Making – Research, synthesize insights, and help drive company strategy
• Act as a Force Multiplier – Free up the founders’ time by managing cross-functional initiatives
• Communicate & Align Teams – Ensure priorities stay on track across product and GTM
• Special Projects – Tackle key challenges as the business scales (fundraising, hiring, product launches, etc.)

About You

• Bias for action – You thrive in fast-moving environments and take initiative
• Analytical & structured thinker – You break down complex problems and drive toward solutions
• Strong communicator – You can synthesize and articulate insights clearly across teams
• Product & ops-oriented – You understand how products are built and scaled
• Startup experience (preferred) – You’ve worked in early-stage, high-growth environments
• Bonus: LegalTech, AI, or B2B SaaS experience

We're led by a practiced AI and privacy attorney with extensive big law and legal tech experience, verified as an expert in building and implementing technology for legal teams. Her technical cofounder previously led GitHub's secret scanning teams and was a fast-track engineer at Meta. We bring together deep legal, FAANG, and startup experience.
