You’ll own the roadmap, work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing, and ensure that our products drive measurable impact. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a deep understanding of customer journeys, engagement channels, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features that align with Tydo’s business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering to develop and ship high-quality features that improve product performance and usability.
  • Work with marketing and UX teams to optimize user funnels, retention, and growth.
  • Define product requirements, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Partner with engineering and data teams to build smarter customer segmentation, product recommendations, and engagement workflows.
  • Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitor insights to refine product strategies.
  • Measure and improve the effectiveness of product launches using performance data and user feedback.
  • Work across teams to manage product launches, ensuring internal alignment and a seamless go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain and prioritize the backlog of enhancements, bugs, and technical improvements.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in AI-powered e-commerce.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, AI-driven analytics, or e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong ability to balance strategy with execution, moving quickly while keeping an eye on long-term impact.
  • Experience working in startups or fast-moving environments.
  • Technical acumen, with an understanding of software development processes, AI/ML concepts, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools for roadmap management, analytics, and user behavior tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Experience with customer segmentation, user funnel optimization, or retention-focused product features.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
  • Passion for e-commerce and helping brands use data to grow.
