Marketing Generalist

Pump.co is looking for a Marketing Generalist to join our team and help bring our story to life. You’ll play a big role in shaping our brand, boosting our online presence, and making sure everything we put out feels cohesive. This is your chance to join a growing team and make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Unify Our Brand: Help ensure everything about our product—messaging, visuals, and overall feel—works seamlessly together.
• Grow Our Social Media Presence: Create and manage posts, campaigns, and initiatives that connect with our audience and showcase Pump.co’s personality.
• Content Creation: Write blog posts, emails, and other materials that tell our story and highlight the value we bring.
• Collaborate on Website Redesign: Work closely with our design vendors to help revamp our website and make sure it reflects who we are and what we stand for.
• Run Creative Campaigns: Help design and execute marketing initiatives that introduce more people to Pump.co and get them excited about what we offer.
• Measure and Improve: Keep an eye on how everything is performing and look for ways to make it even better.

What We’re Looking For:

• Marketing Experience: You’ve worked on marketing projects before and know how to collaborate with external teams, like design agencies.
• Strong Writer: You can explain things clearly and connect with people through words.
• Social Media Skills: You know how to create posts and campaigns that resonate and grow an audience.
• Team Player: You’re comfortable working across teams to get things done and make things better.
• Creative and Flexible: You’ve got ideas and are ready to adapt as things change.
