At Rinsed, we are building software to run the $15bn Car Wash industry.

We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.

We are a small team, who just raised our Series B from VMG Technology in addition to our Series A from Founder's Fund and Bedrock Capital. We are currently installed at over 3,000 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 8 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning. Rinsed is looking to hire an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager that plays a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our Marketing department. Treating the Marketing team as your customer, your goal is to empower and enable them to operate as autonomously as possible. This role will report to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Data. Your primary goals will be to build, launch and manage intent/lead tracking, manage the marketing tech stack, and make sure that the marketing data is tracking.

Responsibilities :

  • Help build and deploy lead tracking and scoring
  • Manage our Marketing tech stack like HubSpot and others
  • Develop and monitor marketing team metrics to track performance
  • Develop and implement automated email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and customer journey workflows to drive engagement and conversions
  • Own and drive marketing operations strategy and objectives (OKRs)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for organizational efficiency improvements via automation and tools
  • Establish standardized inflow processes for handling requests and tickets from Marketing and Sales teams, prioritizing work and adhering to SLAs

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS company
  • 2+ years of experience working within HubSpot
  • Deep understanding of marketing operational processes and work management tools (Asana, Shortcut) with the ability to configure and administer them effectively
  • Ability to define business and data requirements needed to automate and measure the effectiveness of marketing and demand generation campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and empower stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively

Salary Range

$152,000—$172,000 USD
