Role Summary

As a founding engineer at Roe AI, you will be pivotal in developing our data warehouse. This includes advancing the core SQL engine, multi-modal AI data engines, and multi-modal RAG system. Working closely with founders, you will be instrumental in designing the platform, creating, and implementing advanced algorithms and models.

Qualifications

• Experience in Generative AI: Demonstrated hands-on work with AI models, showcasing your ability to leverage cutting-edge techniques to transform the data industry.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Software Engineering Experience: Prior hands-on development experience with a robust portfolio highlighting your achievements.
• Front-End Proficiency: Skilled in React, Redux, and Next.js.
• Back-End Expertise: Comfortable working with frameworks like Django, FastAPI, and beyond.
• Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong grounding in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems principles.
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, and Azure, along with exposure to infrastructure best practices (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and monitoring).
• Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage directly with customers.
