### The Role

We're seeking an exceptional Business Lead to join our team as one of our first critical hires. This is a high-impact role where you'll wear multiple hats across sales, customer success, product strategy, and team building. You'll work directly with our founding team to shape our go-to-market strategy, engage with clients, and help scale our business operations.

### What You'll Do

- Sales & Business Development: Lead client conversations, develop pitch materials, and close deals with financial institutions. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

- Customer Success: Ensure successful implementation of our AI solutions, gather feedback, and drive continued value realization for clients.

- Product Strategy: Translate market needs and customer feedback into product requirements. Work closely with engineering to prioritize features and drive our product roadmap.

- Team Building: Help identify, recruit, and interview key hires as we scale our team.

- Operations: Develop processes and systems to support our growth, from sales tracking to customer onboarding.

- Strategy: Contribute to overall company strategy, identifying new market opportunities and helping to shape our long-term vision.

### What We're Looking For

- Experience: 2-3+ years at a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) with a track record of excellence

- Analytical Prowess: Exceptional analytical capabilities with data-driven decision making

- Execution Mindset: A true doer who thrives in ambiguity and can drive projects from concept to completion

- Hunger & Drive: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build something meaningful

- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of work, from client communications to product specifications

- Resourcefulness: Ability to solve complex problems with limited resources and find creative solutions

- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business fundamentals and financial services a plus

- Technology Interest: Passion for AI, machine learning, and how technology can transform traditional industries

- Adaptability: Comfort with rapidly changing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
