About Us:

We’re building a platform used by scientists and engineers around the world, and your work will directly shape its future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to U.S.-based life sciences companies.
  • Follow a provided framework to introduce Seal's software solutions and capture interest.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their challenges and position our solutions effectively.
  • Schedule meetings for our sales team with qualified leads.
  • Track and update call outcomes in the CRM system to maintain data accuracy.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Young, hungry, and motivated—wants to prove themselves in sales
  • Has some sales experience (not necessarily in software or life sciences).
  • Comfortable with rejection—can handle "no" and keep calling.
  • Persuasive and confident—knows how to book meetings with minimal information.
  • Able to follow a script while sounding natural.
  • Remote worker, based in the U.S. with availability during business hours.
  • No science background required—we provide training and a simple script.

This role is perfect for someone looking to break into tech sales, SaaS sales, or B2B sales with strong commission potential.
