About the role

We are looking for a Support Engineer who is both highly technical and deeply customer-focused to join our rapidly growing team. You will be the go-to technical resource for our customers, helping them troubleshoot issues, and quickly fix and identify product flaws.

What You’ll Do

  • Feature Development: Build new features inside the Sendblue ecosystem that customers are repeatedly asking for
  • Technical Support: Help our customers with issues they face with Sendblue integrations
  • Escalation & Incident Management: Communicate priorities and timelines to both customers and internal stakeholders, and effectively communicate incidents to customers.
  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback: Share insights with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions.
  • Documentation & Process Improvement: Maintain and improve our support knowledge base, FAQs, and internal documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1+ years of technical work experience
  • Proficient in Next.js
  • Experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Close.io, Hubspot preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customer relationships and prioritize effectively.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a “figure-it-out” attitude.
