About the Role

We're looking for a passionate Senior UX Developer to join our innovative startup and take ownership of our product's user experience. What You'll Own

* Lead the evolution of our frontend architecture and UX development strategy

* Drive our UI/UX vision forward, balancing beautiful design with technical excellence

* Build and maintain a scalable component library that will form the foundation of our design system

* Champion user-centric development practices and accessibility standards

* Mentor team members and contribute to our technical and design culture

What You'll Do

Technical Leadership

* Architect and implement sophisticated frontend solutions using React, TypeScript, and Redux

* Drive technical decisions around our frontend stack and development practices

* Create high-performance, responsive interfaces that scale

* Establish testing strategies and maintain high code quality standards

Design & UX Innovation

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant solutions

* Lead design discussions and contribute meaningful UX improvements

* Create rapid prototypes to validate design concepts

* Drive user research initiatives and translate findings into actionable improvements

What You Bring

Essential Experience

* 5+ years of professional frontend development experience

* Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and state management (Redux/MobX)

* Proven track record of owning and delivering complex UI/UX projects

* Strong portfolio demonstrating both technical and design capabilities

* Experience with modern design tools (Figma) and design systems

Technical Skills

* Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript/TypeScript

* Advanced CSS skills and experience with modern CSS frameworks

* Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization

* Experience with frontend testing frameworks and methodologies

UX/Design Skills

* Strong eye for design and attention to detail

* Experience in UI/UX design principles and best practices

* Ability to create and maintain design systems

* Understanding of user research and testing methodologies
