About the Role
We're looking for an ambitious, driven Founding Account Executive to join our rapidly growing startup. You will play a crucial role as an Individual Contributor in shaping our go-to-market strategy, securing key partnerships, and accelerating revenue growth. What You'll Own
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, driving repeatable sales motion from initial outreach through closing
- Identify, target, and convert enterprise and strategic accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies, refining our value proposition for diverse customer segments
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure alignment and impact
- Build scalable sales processes in Hubspot, refine methodologies, and build playbooks
What You'll Do
Sales Execution
- Prospect and close high-impact opportunities, owning ambitious revenue targets
- Leverage relationships within YC and broader startup ecosystems to accelerate customer acquisition in financial services, insurance, healthcare, and technology sectors.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, understanding their business needs deeply
- Provide strategic input on product positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
Growth & Partnerships
- Identify strategic channel and distribution partners to amplify growth
- Collaborate closely with founders to build sales infrastructure and a scalable growth engine
- Evangelize the Senso vision, becoming a recognized thought leader in conversational intelligence and knowledge management
What You Bring
Essential Experience
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling AI, conversational intelligence, or related products
- Demonstrated history of exceeding ambitious sales targets and managing complex sales cycles
- Experience building foundational sales processes and strategies at an early-stage startup
- Strong professional network, particularly within fintech, SaaS, or AI industries
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
- Deep understanding of consultative selling methodologies
- Comfortable operating independently in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments
- Proven ability to build rapport and credibility at executive levels

Compensation
Competitive salary ($100K - $130K base, 500k OTE, plus equity).
