Shaped is seeking a creative and technically skilled Growth Marketer to join our rapidly growing team. We're an AI-powered SaaS company revolutionizing how businesses deliver engaging user experiences through cutting-edge search & recommendation technology. As we scale, we need a talented individual to build compelling demos that showcase the power and versatility of Shaped's platform to prospective clients and the wider market.

As a Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers. You'll work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to optimize the entire customer journey, from initial awareness to long-term advocacy. You'll leverage your skills in data analysis, experimentation, and marketing technology to identify growth opportunities and implement impactful campaigns. What You’ll Be Doing

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., email, paid social, search, content marketing, webinars) to drive customer acquisition and activation.
  • Conduct A/B testing and optimization of marketing assets, landing pages, and user flows to improve conversion rates.
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets across various channels.
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels.
  • Create and maintain compelling marketing collateral, including case studies, white papers, and website content.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze marketing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Use data to segment audiences and personalize marketing messages.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Work with the product team to understand customer needs and inform product roadmap decisions.
  • Work with the engineering team, where appropriate, to implement tracking and attribution for marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate marketing plans, results, and insights to the broader team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.

Experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Posthog or Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads).

Skills & Capabilities

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Experimentation Mindset: A passion for testing, learning, and iterating to optimize marketing performance.
  • Marketing Technology Proficiency: Strong understanding of marketing technology stack and how to leverage it for growth.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and persuasively.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Strong ability to work with multiple departments.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with SQL or other data querying languages.
  • Familiarity with SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Understanding of the AI/ML landscape.
