What You'll Do

• Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to expand our market presence.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders and key decision-makers in sectors such as weather, energy, and defense.
• Orchestrate go-to-market strategies and lead high-impact marketing initiatives
• Identify and pursue new market opportunities while optimizing existing revenue streams
• Drive the development of our commercial roadmap in collaboration with technical teams

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in scaling B2B technology businesses
• Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and partnership development
• Technical literacy in one or more of our focus areas: weather modeling, energy systems, or environmental simulations
• Outstanding analytical capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities at executive levels
• Bias for action and will to succeed; highly resourceful.

• Experience in AI/ML companies selling to enterprise customers
• Background in environmental sciences, energy, or related technical fields
• History of successful partnership development in regulated industries
