  • Conduct process engineering research, development, and evaluation for SiPhox's innovative at-home blood test using semiconductor chip technology.
  • Review and optimize existing processing techniques and methods used in product manufacturing and fabrication.
  • Develop and implement new processes and process improvements to reduce production costs and increase yields.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret test data to guide process development and establish appropriate process specifications, limits, and variables.
  • Collaborate internally to plan, collect data, analyze results, and report for existing process applications.
  • Partner cross-functionally and with internal customers to understand roadmaps, process flow, key milestones, requirements, and business challenges.
  • Contribute to next-generation product development and release activities, aligned with the semiconductor roadmap.
  • Provide leadership, clear direction, and mentorship to process technicians to support execution activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience; or a PhD with 3+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a laboratory environment and with semiconductor equipment, including surface preparation and analytical techniques.
  • Familiarity with chemical reactions, particularly solid surface conjugation.
  • In-depth understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and/or Design of Experiments (DOE).
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or other similar scientific computing languages.
  • Working knowledge of statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies.
  • Experience with statistical software tools (JMP, Minitab, etc.).
  • Background in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD), or Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD).

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive benefits package, including LifeTime Fitness gym membership.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development.
  • Work in a dynamic, innovative environment with cutting-edge technology.
