Marketing Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a Marketing Manager to drive our startup's marketing initiatives. This key role will oversee various marketing activities aimed at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs). As one of our first marketing hires, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our marketing strategy and execution.

What You'll Do:

• Event Management: Organize and execute events, meetups, and webinars to engage with our target audience and generate leads.
• Advertising: Manage billboard campaigns to increase brand visibility and attract potential customers.
• Influencer Marketing: Coordinate and schedule influencer posts on a weekly basis to enhance brand awareness and reach.
• Content Distribution: Develop and distribute newsletters each week to keep our audience informed and engaged.
• Case Studies: Collaborate with relevant teams to push for the creation and publication of case studies that highlight our success stories.
• Analytics and Tracking: Track all UTMs and manage the marketing funnel to ensure accurate measurement of campaign performance.
• CRM Integration: Connect HubSpot to all entry channels to streamline lead management and ensure data consistency.
• Content Coherence: Ensure all marketing content is coherent and aligns with our brand voice and messaging.

About You:

• Experience: Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity: Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
