Software Support Engineer

Superwall is excited to welcome our first Support Engineer to the team! We're looking for someone who’s passionate about mobile app development and loves helping fellow developers succeed. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of $120,000 per year and a fantastic benefits package.

What You'll Do:

• Support Developers: Help with integrating the Superwall SDK (Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Dart).
• Troubleshoot: Solve customer issues and share best practices.
• Collaborate: Work closely with our engineering and product teams to improve our documentation and SDK usability.

Who You Are:

• A person who loves helping developers shine.
• Passionate about building apps and eager to learn new skills.
• An excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally. (Native English is a plus, but not required.)
• Ideally, you’ve built on a ton of platforms including, Swift, React Native, Flutter, and Kotlin.
